The Mighty Hydro Atlantic. One of only a few natural shipwrecks accessible from Southeastern Florida, and boy are we lucky. The Hydro Atlantic, originally commissioned as the Delaware as a US Army Corps of Engineers’ hopper dredge, has become a favorite among technical divers who get a chance to dive her. With a maximum depth of 172′ and much of the wreck in the 150′ range divers can enjoy bottom time significant enough to explore this massive wreck.
